The Vacant site was recently sold to Kids Korner - a childcare centre operator with 7 other centres around Sydney. Stage 2C Woodlands East Park
Current construction activity in the Woodlands East Park is due to changes occurring to the sub-division in Stage 2C and road (Blackthorn Close) design (awaiting Blacktown Council approval). To compensate for reducing the turfed area to the East of the Park, we will provide a new safer turfed area to the South of the park. Key changes to the existing park will include safer access from Blackthorn Close, path networks to be completed linking into the borader cycle/walking pathways network - allowing better and safer pedestrian access and visibility throughout the park. Earthworks commenced Monday 4th July 2011 & Park rectification works will be completed early 2012.
