Report It, Don't Ignore It

Report It, Don't Ignore It is a project of the City of Blacktown Community Safety Co-ordinating Committee working with the Local NSW Police.

Click to download the Report it, Don’t Ignore It form. The form has been designed to record the information you need to report incidents to Police and then keep for your own records.

Copies of the form are placed in your Resident Welcome Kits which each household receives at their Welcome Event. If you require more forms please contact Community Connections on 9673 8848, alternatively you can get copies from the Blacktown City Council on 9839 6000 or click here to download the form.


Who do I direct my information to?

All NSW Police inquiries can be directed to the Police Assistance Line on 131 444, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If the police Assistance Line cannot directly assist you with your inquiry, they can refer you to the appropriate person or section who can.
